Dribble a little olive oil on the pan.

Pick out a small whole in the Sourdough bread, big enough for the egg yoke.

Put bread down in pan.

Crack egg into hole.

After about a minute, depending on how you prefer your egg cooked, flip the bread.

Serve on a plate with a slice of cheese!
