Directions:  
1)break egg in to a bowl and whisk onion,chilli,milk and salt together.
2)heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
3)pour the egg mix to the hot oil ,wait for a minute and flip the omlette to the other side and cook on both sides..enjoy eating :)
