Peel and slice eggplant into 1/4-inch slices.
Place a layer of sauce on the bottom of 9"x9" baking dish. Layer sliced eggplant, drained beans and shredded mozzarella. Repeat for 2 or 3 layers.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
