Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (8 pieces)

Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup water

Put flour, salt and 1 tbs. olive oil in bowl of cuisine art.

Add proofed yeast and process for 2 pulses.

Add remaining water while processing. Process dough until soft, piable and shiny.

remove from cuisine art and knead a few times on counter before placing it in an oiled bowl (1 tbsp olive oil). Cover with damp cloth and let rise for about an hour.

remover raised dough from bowl. Carefully stretch ball of dough into round pizza pan until the crust is of an even thickness. Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust, sprinkle desired amount of cheese and place toppings on. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly and done.
