Fancy scalloped potatos

5  cups		peeled and sliced russet potatoes
1-1/4  cups		fat free cream of celery soup (1 can)
4  cups		Kroger 3 pepper and onion blend (1 pkg)
1  cup		1% milk
5  cups		shredded sharp cheddar cheese
5  dashes		Table Salt to taste
3  pinches		Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

1 - defrost pepper onion blend and peel and thinly slice potatoes
2 - mix milk and can of soup
3 - layer about 1/2 of potatoes in 9 X 13 pan
4 - layer on pepper onion blend and some salt and pepper
5 - pour over about 3/4 of the soup/milk mixture
6 - layer on about 1/2 of the cheese
7 - add rest of the potatoes, some more salt and pepper, and rest of soup/milk mixture
8 - cook in microwave on high for 25 minutes
9 - add rest of cheese
10 - cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender
