Farmer's casserole with bacon

1		nonstick cooking spray
3  cups		cuups frozen hash brown potatoes
3/4  cup		shredde Monterey Jack cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
6		chopped bacons
1/4  cup		sliced green onions
4		4 beaten eggs or refridgerated of frozen egg product, thawed
1-1/2  cups		milk of one 12- ounce can evaporated milk of evaporated fat-free milk
1/8  teaspoon		salt
1/8  teaspoon		black pepper

coat a 2- quart square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange potatoes evenly on the bottom of the dish. Sptinkle woth cheese, bacon and green onions.
Ina bowl combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potatoe mixture.
Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven 40 to 45 minutes ar until a knige inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
