Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (12 cups)

Directions:

Cut the Cod into bite size pieces and layer in the bottom of an oven dish.

Slice the potatoes into thin slices and layer over the fish, sprinkling with Ground Cayenne Pepper, or another spice of your choosing (Lemon Pepper is also good)

Drizzle the olive oil and white wine over the top of the pototoes.

Place in oven at 375F for 30 mins, or until fish is white and potatoes are soft.
