Directions:  
whisk together eggs, egg whites and seasonings, set aside.
in a 9 or 10 inch skillet coated in nonstick spray, saute broccoli, onions and peppers until crisp tender.
Stir in bacon and hashbrowns. Cook for 2 min., stirring frequently.
Layer spinach over top.
Pour egg mixture over spinach/vegetable mixture.
Reduce heat; cover an cook for 10-12 min.
Sprinkle with cheese ; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Cut into wedges.
