1/2  teaspoon
 
1/2  cup

Directions:  
Reserve 2 tbsp brown rice flour, 1 tbsp margarine and 1/3 cup brown sugar for crumb topping. Mix remaining dry ingredients, wet ingredients seperately, then mix together. Let sit 10 minutes. Scoop into 12 muffins. Top with crumb topping. Bake 350 for 25-35 min. (time yet to be tested)
