Garden Veggie Chicken Stir Fry

3  tablespoons		olive oil
3		cloves minced garlics
2  tablespoons		Sesame seed oil
1  lb.		diced chicken
6-1/2  ounces		fresh green beans
7  ounces		fresh sugar snap peas
1/2  cup		med green bell pepper
1/2  cup		sliced carrots
1		medium zucchini (green)
1-1/2  cups		medium squash (yellow)
4		large mushrooms
1  cup		med onion sliced
1/4		celery
1-1/2  tablespoons		ground ginger
1/2  cup		chicken broth
1/4  cup		soy sauce

Heat oil in wok and add garlic add in diced chicken and brown. Once chicken is browned add onion for about 2 min then add in sesame oil, green beans and carrots. Another 2 minutes add snap peas, zucchini and bell peppers. One more minute and add the rest of vegetables ginger and chicken broth. A couple more minutes and top off with soy sauce until it is heated. serve warm.
