Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bring 6 cups salted water to boil. Add noodles. Cook 10 minutes or until tender; drain

Cook chicken. Cut into bite size pieces. Combine chicken, broccoli, garlic, and half and half; heat through. Cover and keep warm

In blender or food processor, process bread into coarse crumbs. Transfer to small bowl; add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp melter butter.

Stir noodles and remaining parmesan cheese into hot chicken mixture. Heat and stir until bubbly. Dump into casserole dish and top with bread crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes or until top begins to brown
