Directions:  
Preheat oven to º350.
SIft dry ingredients, cream butter and brown sugar, add egg, then molasses.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix with mixer on low until all incorperated. Place Batter in fridge for 30 mins.
Place turbinado sugar in bowl for rolling.
Roll tbsp size balls in hand then roll in sugar and place on lined cookie sheets. Bake 12-15 mins. Cool.
