Stir together flours, soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

In medium mixing bowl, beat egg whites slightly. Add KELLOGG'S ALL-BRAN BRAN BUDS cereal, oil, molasses and hot water. Let stand 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Beat well. Add flour mixture, mixing only until combined. Spread evenly into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350° F about 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Serve warm or cold. Store, wrapped tightly, in refrigerator.
