10-3/4  ounces
1/4  cup
1  teaspoon
1  dash
1/2  teaspoon
2-4/5  ounces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Saute onions and garlic together for 3 minutes.
In casserole dish mix together green beans, milk, sour cream, onions, cream of mushroom soup, and 1/2 of the can of onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until heated through and bubbly. Sprinkle remaining onions over the top, and return to the oven for 5 minutes.
