Cut Chicken into one inch cubes

Saute Chicken over med high heat in olive oil and garlic, lemon pepper and salt/pepper to taste

Cut potatoes into 3/4" chunks, and onions into medium dice

Slice carrot into 1/4" rounds and remove stems from beans

parboil the vegetables (except onion) in salted water until just tender.

When chicken is starting to brown, add the shedd's spread and onions; cook another 5-7 min or until onions begin to carmelize.

Drain the vegetables and add to the chicken.

Toss everything together, cover and lower heat for an additional 10 min.
