1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2- Place (10 - 11 in 5 lb package) Chicken Thighs in Large Baking Dish
3- Combine all other ingredients except cheese in small bowl and spoon over chicken pieces, dividing evenly
4- Bake for 45 minutes until fully cooked through and yummy
5- top with cheese, put back in oven for a couple minutes until melted. Serve with rice
