cover chicken breasts with the olive oil spray (I use Safeway's Olive Oil NonStick Cooking Spray)

in a separate little bowl, mix dry ingredients - salt, pepper, & garlic powder

sprinkle and rub in dry ingredients on both sides of chicken breasts

once bbq grill is hot, start cooking! make sure you don't overcook the chicken, otherwise it will be dry.
