Preheat grill or broiler. Finely chop garlic.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, except turkey. Stir vigorously.
Grill or broil turkey breasts 4 minutes per side.
Spread half the mustard mixture over one side of turkey breasts and grill or broil 3 more minutes.
Turn and coat other side with remaining mustard mixture. Broil another 3 minutes or until turkey is cooked through.
