Directions:  
slice the eggplant into rounds, salt and let set for a few minutes
slice zucchini and yellow squash lenght wise.
pat dry with a paper towel
bruch both sides with olive oil
sprinkle with sea salt,
place on a hot grill for 4 to 5 mins
flip once and let cook for another 3 to 4 mins
remove squash, give eggplant another 2 to 3 mins.
