Directions:  
heat a grill pan over high heat. Season steak with salt & pepper, cook turning once about 6 minutes per side. transfer to a cutting board and let rest 5 mins. Thinly slice diagonally across grain
while steak cooks, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil and garlic over medium heat 1 min. add beans, tomatoes, 2 tbs water, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tsp lemon zest, simmer 5-6 mins. season with salt & pepper. toss arugula with 2 tsp olive oil and juice of remaining 1/2 lemon, season with salt & pepper. toss in bean tomato mixture and steak
