Directions:  
Cook Ground Turkey in frying pan with olive oil, garlic and onion, mean while cut other veggies and coat with olive oil and put in roasting pan and roast veggies in a 350 oven for 30 minutes just a little al a dente, when veggies are done mix in with turkey and roasted tomatos till warmed
