Description: If you don't want to use 2 avocadoes, cut recipie in half. Try to use soft but slightly firm avocadoes. You don't want them too ripe--they might be dark when you open them.

Cut avocadoes in half, twist, open and remove pit. Scoop out avocado with large spoon and dice. Place diced pieces into bowl and add diced onions, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and cilantro. Add salt and squeeze juice of lime or lemon. Mix and serve.
