Brown ground beef.
Add garlic and onion and cook until onion is translucent.
Add ketchup, barbecue sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt & sugar then cook for a couple of minutes.
Add tomatoes and peppers and simmer until peppers are slightly tender.
Stir in cooked cooked rice and heat through.
Each serving equals 225g
