Directions:  
Preheat over to 350 degreees
Fry Hamburg and drain
Mix in thawed and drained spinach

In separate bowl mix cream cheese, heavy cream and Parmesan

Mix all ingredients and spoon into casserole dish coated in non-stick spray
Bake for 30 minutes.
