Directions:
Fry ground beef until browned, drain excess fat, as it's browning add your diced up onions and red peppers, after about 1 minute of them frying with the meat add your taco seasoning and add a cup of water (as directed on the package), brown for 7 to 8 minutes longer, sauce will thicken as it cooks. Now take your shells and bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until shells are a nice golden brown. DO NOT OVER COOK these shells!! Now put your grated cheese on the bottom of your taco, add your meat, now your sour cream and salsa and enjoy!! Taco's are simple and you can add water veggies you like, tomatoes diced up, shredded lettuce, anything goes!!!
