Directions:  
1.) Pre-heat oven to 350.F-175.C
2.)Wash the sweet potatoes (optional to peel). Cut the potatoes however you please.
3.) Coat the potatoes with oil and herbs.
4.) on a baking dish arrange the potatoes evenly and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes until tender on the inside.
