Directions:  
Make Dough
1- Add one pkg pizza yeast to 1 1/2 Cups Water and 1/4 tsp brown sugar.
2- Let stand for 5 minutes
3 - Combine 2 1/4 Cups All purupose flour with 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 TSB olive oil, 1 1/2 tsps salt with the yeast mixture until well blended.
4 - may need to add up to 1/4 cup additional all purpose flour to make sure dough is not sticky.
5 - Allow dough to rise for 30-45 minutes.
6- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
7- While dough is rising - Chop the Mozzarella balls into small
8 - When dough has risen roll out into one 12 inch pizza crust. Sprinkle pizza stone with 1 tsp corn meal to avoid pizza sticking. Place dough on the pizza stone
12- Top with 1/2 cup Cento Pizza Sauce.
13- Top with 1 cup Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Italian Cheese
14 - Top with chopped mozzarella, fresh basil and hunts tomatoes. Put pizza in oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes.
