Directions:  
wisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
seperate eggs - egg whites into a seperate bowl, yolks into flour mix.
Add milk to flour mixture, stir until smooth.
Stir in oil and vanilla.
Beat egg whites until stiff
fold egg whites into flour mixture
Pour batter into waffle maker, cook until golden brown.
