cook lasagna noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix well.

Spread about 1/3 cup chicken mixture down center of each lasagna noodle; top each with lettuce. Roll up gently. If desired, line serving platter or invidual plates with lettuce. Arrange roll-ups over lettuce. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
