Step 1
In a large skillet cook ground beef and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, and basil. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Divide beef mixture among hamburger bun bottoms; sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add bun tops.
