Beat eggs and allulose together until very pale yellow in color and double in size

Pour the batter into a 7" spring form pan and tap on the counter

Put the the pan in a steamer pot, cover with a clean towel, then the lid and steam it for 40 minutes

When a wooden stick comes out clean, the cake is finished

Finish it with powdered sugar
