Directions:

Soak oats in almond milk for at least 2 hours or overnight in large bowl

Add the rest of the ingredients except 1/2 coconut flakes and 3 TB honey, mix well, and spread onto large cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes

Take out and top with remaining coconut flakes and drizzle honey on top.

Bake for another 10 minutes

Refrigerate for 4 hours and then cut into 4" bars
