Roll out crust warm between two pieces of saran wrap, filling in any cracks or holes then freeze in dish for 20 mins.

To prepare filling, place all ingredients in a bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until center is bubbling and whole pie is fluffed up. Cool pie completely on a wire rack. Cover loosely, and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped topping.
