Key lime pie - Makes 8

1/2  cup		plain 2% yogurt
10  mL		1/2 cup lime juice
1/2  cup		Egg whites
370  mL		light condensed milk
1/2  cup		sugar
1		Graham cracker 800 or 1/4 butter shortening crust recipe 1050 [recipe]
1/4  piece		Waterbridge extra dark chocolate - 1 square

THE WAY:

Roll out crust warm between two pieces of saran wrap, filling in any cracks or holes then freeze in dish for 20 mins.

Did PREHEAT to 400 then put glass dish on bottom for 20 min or until crust is medium brown, then to bottom shelf for 30.

3/4 cups sugar for sharing.

2 whole eggs can replace egg whites and yogurt.

To prepare filling, place all ingredients in a bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until center is bubbling and whole pie is fluffed up. Cool pie completely on a wire rack. Cover loosely, and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped topping.
