Directions:

Fry off onions in oil until soft.

Add garlic, ginger and all herbs to onions, if it gets to dry add a dash of water.

Add rice to mixture and coat well.

Add all vegetables and water.

Cover pan, and put a layer of tin foil between pan and lid so that you get a really tight fit. Bring to the boil for 5 minutes, then turn down to a simmer for 20 minutes.

Add prawns and cook for further 5 minutes or until all water is absorbed and rice is cooked.
