heat oil and sautee garlic and onion

add hamburger and brown

add brown sugar, vinegrette, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, water

add half cup pasta sauce on bottom of 9 x 13 pan

lay lasagna noodles to cover bottom of pan

spread half cup pasta sauce, 1 cup cottage cheese, a third of the meat, half cup cheese

repeat step six 2 more times so there are three layers of noodles total

sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese and poor 1 cup of water over the top and cover with tin foil

cook at 380 for one hour

stick fork into noodles to feel if they are soft

leave out of oven for 15 minutes to set before serving
