Directions:  
Brown hamburger, mushrooms and onions and drain. Add tomatoes, paste, sauce and first spices and simmer for 30 minutes.
Beat eggs and mix with parmesan, half the mozza cheese and remaining spices.
Slice zucchini to 1/8" thick.
Layer in a 9” x 13” pan. Meat, zucchini, spinach, cheese mixture, meat, zucchini, spinach, cheese mixture, top with meat and remaining mozza.
