In a baking dish coated in cooking spray, place fish. Top with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon dill, and 1 teaspoon lemon pepper. Set aside.

In a skillet, over medium-high heat, cook onions in butter. Add parsley and remaining dill and lemon pepper. Stir in bread crumbs and remaining lemon juice. Stuff mix into fish cavities. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
