Directions:  
Saute garlic, ginger and green onions in a large frying pan for about one minute or until softened. Add the turkey and continue to cook until no longer pink. Add the coconut, peanuts and oyster sauce. Combine and cook for 1 minute more or until all ingredients are warmed. Serve in a bowl surrounded by Boston Lettuce leaves.
