trim off fat from chicken breast.

rinse chicken breat, season with salt & pepper, and cut into halfs, longways.

add chicken breast to large (gallon) zipper bag. Add one envelope of Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade Mix, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 cup oil to envelope.

Let sit in refridarator for at least 1 hour (I usually leave it all day or overnight) for best favor.

reserve about 2 tablespoons marinade to add to chicken while grilling.

remove chicken breast from marinade, and divide into five serving size bags and freeze or grill ( 1 breat or 2 halfs per bag).

When ready to grill, turn on grill (I used george Foreman grill), add chicken breast and grill about 8 minutes. At 5 minutes point, use brush to put reserved marinade on breast if desired. Or add bar-b-que sauce to chicken breast if desired.
