Directions:  
preheat oven to 350 F
Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with non stick cooking spray
in a large bowl, marsh bananas with fork.
add egg, oil, sugar, milk and salt. beat well, then add baking soda and baking powder.
gently blend the flour into banana mixture. stir 20 sec or until moistened.
pour the batter into prepared pan.
bake 350 F for 45 min or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean.
