Description: A twist on the old favorite Tuna Noodle casserole
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (12 cups)

3  cups

Directions:

In large pot, bring water to boil for macaroni according to package directions.

When water boils add macaroni and frozen peas. Cook until macaroni is done.

Preheat Oven to 350

Meanwhile, add Olive oil to a saucepan and heat.

Add diced onions and mushrooms. Salt vegetables. Cook until tender but not brown.

Add the white wine and cook 4-5 minutes to evaporate.

Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir.

Add non-fat milk slowly, stirring constantly while incorporating.

Add the pepper, parmesean cheese and tuna.

Bring to a low boil and remove from heat.

Mix both mixtures together in noodle pot (if big enough) or bowl, then turn into casserole dish - at least 3 quart or more.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
