Directions:  
Put mixer bowl and beaters in freezer.

Pour a little of the cream over the chocolate. Microwave for 20 seconds. Stir until smooth. If not melted, Microwave 20 more seconds and stir. Add Xylitol and Cream Cheese to warm chocolate mixture. Stir in until Smooth.

Take out chilled bowl. Whip Cream until stiff. Incorporate part of the whipped cream into the cooled cream cheese mix. Blend two bowls together and put in 5 1/2 cup containers until chilled. Serve with additional whipped cream if desired with a strawberry puree sweetened with Vanilla Cream Stevia.
