Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add desired seasoning to bread crumbs
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture then into prepared bread crumbs
Place into 13 x 9 baking dish and bake for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and top with pasta sauce and shredded cheese.
Return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
If desired, serve with whole wheat pasta . Serves 4
