1  teaspoon
1  slice
2  tablespoons

Preheat oven to 350oF.
Mix all ingredents except vegetable oil spray and ketchup in a
large bowl until just blended.

Pack mixture into a loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
Spread ketchup over top.
Bake for1 1/2 hours or until meatloaf registers 160oF.
