Gently mix turkey, zucchini, onion, bell pepper, couscous, egg substitute, Worcestershire, 4 tablespoons ketchup, pepper, paprika, steak seasoning and salt in a large bowl, preferably with your hands, without overworking. Equally divide the mixture among the 2 muffin pans. Top each muffin with ketchup.
