Directions:  
Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain (under-cook slightly as it will bake in the oven; you can also reserve 1 c. of the liquid in case pasta seems too stiff when mixed).
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine lightly-beaten egg, cheeses & milk.
Spray an ovenproof casserole with cooking spray, then combine pasta and cheeses, mix thoroughly, pour into casserole. If mixture seems dry, add 1/2 cup liquid (chicken broth or reserved cooking water is good). It should go into the oven slightly soupy.
Cover with foil or lid and bake 20 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 10, until hot through.
