Directions:  
1)preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) cook onion, celery, carrot, garlic, scallions in butter over medium heat in a large skillet, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes
3) cover skillet and stir occasionally until the carrots are tender.
4) stir in salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce, 1/3 a cup of ketchup. cook for about another minute
5)combine meat,eggs, veggies, bread crumbs and parsley in a large bowl. form the loaf in a baking pan. cover loaf w/ what's left of the ketchup
4) bake for an hour
