Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mix the spices and puree together, reserve 1/4 cup of mixture for later.

Mix the non reserved mixture with the rest of the ingredients by hand then place in a greased (non-stock spray) loaf pan.

Cook for 45 minutes

Remove from oven and brush reserved sauce on top

Cook for 15 minutes

Slice into 8th's and serve

You can change the spice to suit your taste. If the edges of the meatloaf start to burn cover with foil around edge of pan leaving center open.
