drain (for canned) or chop leftover tuna, add minced onion, olives and parsley in a bowl, set aside
halve 4 tomato slices
whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, pepper and salt
add 2/3 of dressing mixture to tuna, mix well
add remaining dressing to greens, toss

scoop 1/4 tuna mixture on each totilla, add 1/2 c greens and two tomato half slices, wrap and eat!
