Description: This soup is hearty and delicious- you can skip the heavy cream to tone down the fat, you could even skip the cheese.
Ingredients:  Makes 13 servings (13 cups)

1/4  cup
1  cup
1/2  cup
2  teaspoons
1  teaspoon
1  teaspoon

Boil 2 cups water in a soup pan and add 1 cup wild rice. Bring to simmer and cook 45 min.
Chop garlic, onions, celery and carrots in a food processor and add to melted butter in a big soup pan.
Saute for 5 minutes, then add veggies stock and 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
Reduce to simmer until vegetables are soft, then add rice and slivered almonds, curry, mustard and salt.
Add 1/2 cup milk and heavy cream, bring back to low simmer.
Add cheese slowly
